What I Do

Physics Research

My Ph.D. work focused on 2D materials, topological superconductivity, and van der Waals heterostructures. I studied helical hinge modes in Fe-based superconductors, cheaper ways to make heterostructures, and graphene biosensing devices.

Quantum Infrastructure

I manage facilities, safety, IT, security, inventory, and logistics at the AWS Center for Quantum Computing. Keeping the lights on, the network up, and the supplies stocked so the scientists can focus on building fault-tolerant quantum computers.

Home Lab & Making

Keyboard builds, woodworking, self-hosting, and whatever else I'm tinkering with in the garage. I learn by doing and make plenty of mistakes along the way.
